On Wednesday, May 21st, the event "Mariana Enriquez in Conversation" took place, organized jointly with Instituto Cervantes Sydney, as part of the Sydney Writers' Festival.

At the event, the Argentine author discussed the various social, political, emotional, and personal aspects that inspired and influenced her work, which combine the supernatural and sociopolitical.

This event was held entirely in Spanish at the NSW State Library, making it one of the few events held in another language at the Sydney Writers' Festival.

We celebrate the opportunity to have the renowned Argentine author participate in an event in our language at Australia's most important literary festival.
