Criminal Record Certificates ("Certificados de Antecedentes Penales") (CAP) issued by “Registro Nacional de Reincidencia” (RNR) can be obtained remotely. Before starting the process, we recommend confirming with the authority where you will submit the certificate whether it is necessary to request it with the exception of Art. 51.
Ways to complete the process Online without the intervention of this Consulate General:

Requirements:
- You may only use the National Identity Document issued by the National Registry of Persons as the sole valid identification document.
- Only online payment methods may be used, through Banelco/PagoMisCuentas (the applicant must be the holder of a Banelco Network card), or have an AFIP tax code (security level 2 or higher), or have a Social Security code (ANSES).
- Be over 18 years of age.
