On October 24th, the last meeting of the Argentine-Chilean Book Club “Lecturas del Cono Sur” was held at the headquarters of Asociación Amigoss, where several stories by the Argentine author Julio Cortázar were discussed and analyzed.

Previously, on September 26th, the first meeting was held where participants analyzed "La Contadora de Películas" by Chilean author Hernán Rivera Letelier.

We appreciate the shared efforts with the Consulate General of Chile, the collaboration of the AMIGOSS Association, and the facilitators of the meetings: Ana Attianese, president of the Association, Judith Mendoza-White, a bilingual Argentine writer in Sydney, and Paulina and Eugenia, members of our communities in Australia.

Likewise, we especially thank the participants, who actively discussed and shared their opinions and experiences.
